Twisted 6 Trucking Company – Dustin & Lindsay Birge
On March 6th, 2017, Twisted 6 Trucking Co. was founded to provide a delivery solution to our sister company, Twisted 6 Hay Company, along with serving other local farmers in our area “in our spare time”. Soon enough, our sole driver, Dustin, realized his passion extended further than what our business model allowed at the time. Naturally, he was recruited into other freight industries including bulk commodities, livestock and heavy equipment.
As Dustin’s passion grew, so did the revenue. We quickly realized we needed to adjust our focus, leaning fully into our trucking venture, while managing a healthy hay business.
Some bumps in the road were felt. Life continued. We continued to find ways to stay on the road. With only two drivers and a 10-year-old Chevy truck, our “side hustle” began to shine.
Built on a passion for the open road, our mission is to create unique and successful transportation experiences. Each execution is designed with stellar customer service and is built on undeniable integrity. Our deep field experience is demonstrated daily, and our reputation is reliable, professional and progressive.
